This was an exciting and challenging project to be awarded, with their City Centre location in a primarily pedestrian region leading to a number of interesting challenges, due to time restrictions for access for our delivery/installation crews.Having being acquired by the Brown Thomas Group, Arnotts invested in a significant upgrade programme of their administration offices on the 3rd floor at Henry Street in Dublin 1.
Also to be factored in as part of the installation programme was the fact that Arnotts opens & trading 7 days a week, ensuring that all our works were to be completed outside hours and weekends, so as not to impact in anyway on the day to day running of the business.
As their preferred partner our brief was to supply their complete Office furniture requirements & also install a new fully glazed frameless partitioning & door system, which they selected for the upgrading of their new meeting rooms & collaboration areas.

Their Head Office is located in Dublin and with recent expansion seeing the company open additional Irish offices in Kilkenny & Wexford, they are currently employing in excess of 220 staff.
In 2018 Office365 Furniture Solutions was awarded the contract to supply their complete office furniture requirements including Office Chairs, Desks, Personal Storage, Meeting room tables & chairs, Office storage, Monitor Arms & electrical cables/accessories at all their three Irish operations in Dublin, Wexford & Kilkenny.
Founded in 1988 DBass Accountants have grown to become one of Irelands most respected & professional Irish owned accountancy firms with offices in Sandyford Dublin & their Head Office in Ashbourne Co. Meath.
Ofice365 Furniture Solutions met with the project team, who had been tasked with refreshing the Administration area at their Head Office.
Having conducted a site survey of the area & listened to the look that the client had in mind, complimentary 2d Drawings with various layouts for the space where provided to the client.
These were subsequently reviewed by the project team, who advised of amendments, which were then signed off and the updated drawings agreed as the preferred layout.
Then a showroom visited was arranged to allows the project team select furniture that achieved the look they required, but also ensuring that it would be achieved within budget and with no compromise in quality.
Equally important to them was the selection of quality furniture that would hold its look & continue to be available at a future date to cater for the companies future development plans, so that it could be added to.
With the new furniture selected, the client consulted an interior designer to confirm their choice of colours would work and we provided complimentary rendered images to help visualise the new office.
Our scope was to take out and dispose of the existing furniture, uplift and dispose of the existing carpet, lay the new carpet tiles and deliver & install the new furniture. We also had to dispose of all associated packaging & rubbish.
The project began at 4pm on a Friday evening and was completed by 12:30pm on the Saturday, with associate furniture being supplied for 26 staff.
